Affairs of Older People
We offer a service to assist with situations that affect the more senior section of our population such as:
• The creation of Lasting Powers of Attorney to permit chosen individuals to make decisions for the Donor in the event that they are unable due to mental or physical frailty to make their own decisions.
• The registering of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
• Applications to the Court of Protection including applications for the appointment of Deputies.
• Acting for appointed Attorneys and Deputies in the administration of an individual's affairs, thereby easing the administrative burden of such appointments.
We offer home visits, including visits to Residential Care Homes, Nursing Homes, hospitals and the Hospice.
For further information on any of the above, please contact Sandra Brown, or Ian Clark
